Superintendent

In Your Role

As a Superintendent, you will:

  • Interact with clients and communicate information that will affect the client’s home life.
  • Manage field employees, subcontractors, work schedules, and project progress.
  • Collaborate with clients, Project Managers, Selection Coordinators, and other construction management to determine budget and timeline.
  • Coordinate material and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers.
  • Make changes in the operation as necessary to best meet deadlines.
  • Communicate transparently with clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
  • Execute creative and thoughtful solutions.
  • Deliver excellence and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Serve clients and superiors with humility.
  • Source material as needed.

Estimator

Summary: An Estimator works closely with our sales team, clients, and other design professionals to create estimates for job times, labor, and material costs.

 

In Your Role

As an Estimator, you will:

  • Read project plans and renderings to create accurate job costs.
  • Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and architects during estimate creation to ensure overall accuracy.
  • Manage bids and maintain relationships with company vendors and contractors.
  • Provide thorough records of all project documentation, including quotes, plans, and engineering.

  • The Estimator will work primarily in our office but will spend some time in the field observing new projects and meeting with potential clients and subcontractors.
  • They have the unique opportunity to help shape our estimation process.

S&R Design & Selections Coordinator

Make $40,000 to over $60,000 as a Selections Coordinator at Wolfe Homes!

Summary:

A Service & Repair Design & Selections Coordinator is tasked with expertly guiding clients through the process of conceptualizing and selecting the style and finishes needed to execute their dream space.

 

In Your Role

  • Visit Service and Repair job sites to analyze space availability and design needs
  • Attend and lead meetings with clients to help understand and conceptualize needs and preferences
  • Create initial design sketches, color themes, and ideas based on client preferences and space availability
  • Present pricing to clients for approval
  • Oversee the purchasing and delivery of materials and items required to complete the project
  • Arrange appointments for clients to make selections and keep everyone involved in the project apprised of progress on selections
  • Track time and personal schedule through mobile software
  • Attend weekly Service and Repair team meetings and contribute to the conversation
  • Troubleshoot and work through unforeseen issues

S&R Carpentry Craftsman

Regular Hours: 7:30 am – 4:30pm
Hourly Rate: $18-27/hr

Summary: A Craftsman is responsible for assessing, communicating, and executing needed repairs as well as ensuring quality customer satisfaction.


In Your Role

As a Service & Repair Design & Selections Coordinator, you will:
