In Your Role

As a Superintendent, you will:

  • Manage field employees, subcontractors, work schedules, and project progress.
  • Collaborate with clients, Project Managers, Selection Coordinators, and other construction management to determine budget and timeline.
  • Coordinate material and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers.
  • Make changes in the operation as necessary to best meet deadlines.
  • Communicate transparently with clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
  • Execute creative and thoughtful solutions.
  • Deliver excellence and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Serve clients and superiors with humility.
  • Source material as needed.

Service and Repair Carpentry Craftsman

Regular Hours: 7:30 am – 4:30pm
Hourly Rate: $18-27/hr

Summary: A Craftsman is responsible for assessing, communicating, and executing needed repairs as well as ensuring quality customer satisfaction.


In Your Role:

As a Carpentry Craftsman for our Service and Repair team, you will:

  • Meet with clients to execute repair plan
  • Communicate transparently with clients and supervisors
  • Execute creative and thoughtful solutions
  • Deliver excellence and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Serve clients and superiors with humility
  • Track time and personal schedule through mobile software
  • Attend weekly meetings and contribute to the conversation
  • Assist primary Craftsman in the repair process
  • Troubleshoot and work through unforeseen issues
  • Source material as needed
  • Maintain longstanding relationships with clients

Service and Repair Project Manager

Service and Repair Project Manager

Make $60,000 to over $105,000 as an S&R Project Manager at Wolfe Homes

This role reports to the Service Departement Lead.

 

In Your Role:

As an S&R Project Manager, you will:

  • Build long term relationships with clients in your territory(s).
  • Oversee small-medium sized repairs, restorations, remodels.
  • Manage the entire project end to end: Lead management, client meeting, solution presentation, estimating, scheduling workflow, and overseeing invoicing.
  • Solve problems associated with unique construction issues.

This role reports to the Field Commander.

In Your Role:

As a Project Manager, you will:

  • Devise winning solutions for your client, vendors, and Wolfe Homes. 
  • Develop and maintain a critical path schedule.
  • Be a primary point of contact with the client.
  • Oversee and be responsible for the quality of an entire project.
  • Manage budget, weekly updates, changes of scope, and the client portal.
  • Hire and manage all sub-contractors on the project.
