Superintendent

In Your Role
As a Superintendent, you will:
- Interact with clients and communicate information that will affect the client’s home life.
- Manage field employees, subcontractors, work schedules, and project progress.
- Collaborate with clients, Project Managers, Selection Coordinators, and other construction management to determine budget and timeline.
- Coordinate material and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers.
- Make changes in the operation as necessary to best meet deadlines.

Summary: An Estimator works closely with our sales team, clients, and other design professionals to create estimates for job times, labor, and material costs.
In Your Role
As an Estimator, you will:
- Read project plans and renderings to create accurate job costs.
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and architects during estimate creation to ensure overall accuracy.
- Manage bids and maintain relationships with company vendors and contractors.
- Provide thorough records of all project documentation, including quotes, plans, and engineering.

- The Estimator will work primarily in our office but will spend some time in the field observing new projects and meeting with potential clients and subcontractors.

Regular Hours: 7:30 am – 4:30pm
Hourly Rate: $18-27/hr
Summary: A Craftsman is responsible for assessing, communicating, and executing needed repairs as well as ensuring quality customer satisfaction.

As a Carpentry Craftsman for our Service and Repair team, you will:
