Where We Build

irvingIrving Park – Old Irving Park was originally created as a golf course community in 1911 by Southern Real Estate Company. The 350-acre project proved to be one of the most successful neighborhoods ever built in Greensboro. Over 100 years after the first homes were built, Irving Park remains a neighborhood of lawns shaded by mature trees and classical homes with unusual architectural detail. There is no more prestigious address.

It borders the Starmount Forest Country Club that offers great golf, tennis, swimming, and entertaining. The neighborhood is 155 acres of rolling, verdant terrain and a pristine golf course within the city limits. Starmount is ripe with opportunities to both renovate and find in-fill lots to live just minutes from all that Greensboro has to offer.

sedgefield

Sedgefield – The land that is now Sedgefield was part of a 4,000 acre hunting preserve owned by a wealthy industrialist. In 1923, Sedgefield, Inc. started what has continued to be one of Greensboro’s finest neighborhoods. The 1500-acre community surrounds the Donald Ross designed golf course and clubhouse is home to the PGA Wyndham Championship.
